The daily rate at the Burns Hermitage includes lodging, meals, beverages (excluding alcohol), and the use of the ranch facilities. Alcoholic beverages can be provided for an additional charge. All meals are served in the Cheyenne Dining Hall which overlooks Hamlin Valley at Mount Wheeler. We are proud to say that our meals are as breath taking as our views. All you will need to bring with you is your personal hygiene items along with clothing.
Daily rate per guest...................................$120.00 per day.
Children under 12 years old......................$100.00 per day.

Horse boarding (including hay)..................$10.00 per day.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due upon arrival / check-in at the Hermitage.
Methods of payment include cash, personal and cashiers check, and money order. Personal checks will be accepted for the deposit only.
Cancellations less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit in its entirety, unless booked dates and accommodaitons can be rebooked, in which case deposit less ten percent (10%) will be returned to guest.
